Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Wolves United FC website and everything you do through it — registering, joining squads, entering competitions, bidding in auctions and using club chat.

By creating an account or taking part in a competition you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

• You need a working email address. We send a six-digit code to it, and the account does not function until you enter that code. Codes expire after ten minutes.
• One account per person. Do not create a second account to get around a squad rule, a suspension, or an auction restriction.
• Give us real information. Your name, age and position are used to place you in the right competitions — a wrong age in a youth competition affects everyone in it.
• Your password is yours to protect. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
• If you are under 18, register with a parent or guardian's permission.

Registering an account is not the same as being a member of the club. To play, you submit a player application; an administrator approves or rejects it, and may attach a note explaining the decision.

Approval is at the club's discretion. We may decline an application, and we may withdraw an approval, without being obliged to give a reason beyond that note.

• One active team per tournament. You cannot be on two squads in the same competition at the same time. Leaving a squad is recorded; it does not erase the matches you played for it.
• Captains represent their team.A captain registers the team name, manages the roster and bids on the team's behalf. What a captain does in the team's name binds the team.
• Results are entered by administrators. Appearances, goals, assists and clean sheets are recorded by match officials, not self-reported.
• Fixtures can change. Dates, venues, formats and entry lists may be adjusted, and a competition may be postponed or cancelled.

Where a result or a statistic is disputed, raise it with an administrator. The club's decision on sporting matters is final.

Some competitions build squads by auction. Each team gets a budget and bids for players in turn.

• A bid is a commitment. Once placed it cannot be withdrawn, and the highest bid when a player closes wins.
• You cannot bid past your remaining budget. Repeatedly disrupting an auction earns penalties, and enough penalties restrict a team from bidding further.
• Auction budgets are competition scoring only. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.

Using this site, and playing for this club, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or abuse anyone — in chat, in a challenge request, or on the pitch.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Impersonate another player, a captain or an administrator, or misrepresent who you are.
• Fix a match, falsify a result, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of a competition.
• Attempt to break, probe or overload the site, or access data that is not yours.
• Scrape or republish player data in bulk. Individual results are public so people can follow the club — not as a dataset to harvest.

Your messages, photos and team names stay yours. By posting them here you allow the club to display them on the site as part of running the competition — a team crest on a fixture, a profile photo on a leaderboard. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

Player profiles, statistics, standings and honours are public pages. Taking part in a competition means accepting that your results are published.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, disrupts a competition, or puts other members at risk. Serious cases — match fixing, abuse, attacks on the site — mean immediate removal. You can close your own account at any time by emailing us; results already recorded remain part of the club's record.

Football carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for being fit enough to play and for your own insurance. Tell the club about any medical condition that could matter during a match. The club is not liable for injury sustained while playing, beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep results accurate and the site online, but we do not guarantee either — statistics may be corrected after entry, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
